We offer a free catering plan for our clients, with the catering plan holding ten working days. The project will be cancelled if no confirmation is received within ten working days.
Any drop-off equipment not received back within 48 hours after the function date will incur a $50/day late penalty charge.
All damages, loss or equipment breakage is to be paid for by the hirer at replacement cost.
A confirmation deposit of 40% of the total price is required to confirm the booking. Full payment is necessary to ensure the booking if the confirmation date is within ten working days of the function date.
Deposit overdue: we will give notice when three working days are due. And booking will be cancelled by five working days outstanding.
Full payment is required ten working days before the date of the function.
Full payment overdue: we will give notice 3 and 5 working days after the payment due date. We require evidence before 5:00 pm on the second notice date as proof of overnight payment. The booking will also be cancelled at 5:00 pm on the day of the second notice.
Cancel Booking: we can refund the entire deposit payment if the cancellation is made within three working days of the deposit payment. The deposit is non-refundable after three days.
The deposit is non-refundable for all promotional and package bookings.
Prices are inclusive of GST.
The balance of the booking is due as specified above.
A bond is required, which is refunded on the equipment return.
All equipment is carefully checked when packed. The hirers are responsible for inspecting equipment upon delivery and notifying us of any damage between the equipment supplied and the equipment ordered. Complaints made after the return of the equipment will not be considered.
All equipment remains the property of Number One Taste Limited.

By signing this document, you agree to all the terms and conditions of Number One Taste Limited. You agree to pay the amount specified on this page by the dates given to receive the equipment and services from Number One Taste Limited.
